Shipping policy

1. Do you ship outside India as well?

Yes, we do, however, a certain shipping charge, depending upon the location, weight and amount of the order are charged.

2. What are the shipping charges?

We at Shivani Mehta, do not charge anything for domestic orders (only).
However, for shipments outside India a certain shipping charge, depending upon the location, weight and amount of the order, is levied.

3. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
We make dresses and apparel based on order basis, so naturally the order takes some time (Please bear with us).

Within India, the order takes somewhere around 7 to 14 days to be delivered. However, it is our endeavour to dispatch and get the shipment delivered as soon as possible.

COVID-19 and restrictions imposed on air travel have aected our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we could during normal times. International deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions.

Rest assured, we use the most reliable courier services for all deliveries.

4. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of checkout, please email us at shivanimehtainfo@gmail.com immediately. We are unable to change a shipping address or redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

5. How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we would send you a tracking number and information of the

courier company with your shipping confirmation email so that you can track your order.

6. Are there any duties or customs fees that I will be charged?

For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of Indian taxes and VAT. For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. Shivani Mehta is not liable to pay or reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs. The number of duties and taxes depends on the policies of your destination country.

7. What if I haven’t received my order and the delivery has failed?

At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control, however, for any failed attempts of delivery on account of an incorrect address, failed attempts by the courier agency to reach you or refusal to pay the customs fee, Shivani Mehta will not liable for any expenses incurred or any shipping fees paid due to the return shipment of your order.

If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will be charged the shipping fees again.
