Refund policy
1. We offer refunds in the form of gift cards/exchanges. If you wish to return a product, you will have to make an exchange purchase of the same amount from our website.
However, in the following scenarios, it is possible to get the products exchanged
- Manufacturing defect: Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is thoroughly checked and packed by our packaging team. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at shivanimehtainfo@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please make sure that the apparel tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted/processed. Please send the product(s) back to our mentioned address through courier.
- Size issue: If a product has a size issue, we can exchange the product for a preferred size once the wrong size clothing is received back by us from you. Please make sure that the apparel tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted/processed.
2. Returning items by post or courier
If you wish to return/exchange your item(s), please write to us at shivanimehtainfo@gmail.com with your name, full address, order number and reason for returning/exchanging the item (s). We shall guide you as to the further process of the same via email.
Ensure your item(s) are securely wrapped and are not damaged in transit. Please make sure that the apparel tags are intact for a smooth process of return/exchange. Any returns/exchanges without the tags will not be accepted/processed.
Shivani Mehta shall not be held responsible for any items lost in courier, post, transit or delivery. It is advisable that you send any item for return/exchange to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.
3. Non Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain types of items will not be exchanged or could be returned, like custom-made/tailor-made apparel (such as special orders or personalised items).
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All custom-made and tailor-made products are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
4. For International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any international orders.
